Disposition versions
18. Analyses to identify the hazardous properties of a material or object and analyses required under this Regulation, except analyses to determine radioactivity, shall be carried out by a laboratory accredited by the Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks under section 118.6 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2), in accordance with the methods prescribed in the Liste des méthodes d’analyses relatives à l’application des règlements découlant de la Loi sur la qualité de l’environnement published by the Ministère du Développement durable, de l’Environnement et des Parcs.
